How to do online shopping in “Kamuflage.ru”?

It’s easy to shop in “Kamuflage.ru. First find the item you want to buy. There are several search options available:

If you buy an item of clothing, please indicate the size and the number of items before placing your order in the shopping cart.  The size guide is available on the lower part of the web- page.

If you doubt your size, click the “Select size” button and fill in your details.

Once you’ve selected the size and the number of items, click the “Shopping cart“ button. If the item is available, it will be sent to your cart. You can keep track of the ordering process without entering the cart.

You can send the number of desired items to the cart and open it later to check your shopping list

Checkout

Once you’ve sent all desired items to the cart, proceed to “Checkout”.

First select the delivery method. If you reside in Moscow or S.-Petersburg, you can use a courier service which is inexpensive and comfortable. The good news is you do not have to pick up your purchase – the parcel will be delivered to your door. Besides, you can try on the item before making your final decision. It is free of charge, even though you are not buying it.

If you live in other regions of Russia, you can choose other delivery options. The most demanded methods are EMS or Post of Russia. The main advantage of EMS is fast delivery, while Post of Russia offers a good delivery price.

The delivery price is calculated automatically  –  just submit your address and delivery option.

MAKING PAYMENT

If you pay at once – online or by bank card - you receive 5% discount. The money is paid into our online shop account, and your purchase is posted immediately. You can select C.O.D and pay at the post office upon picking up your parcel but you do not get discount.

If you pay online by card, you will be notified by e-mail about your payment and shipping details. 

If you choose to pay at the bank, you will receive a filled in form that should be printed out before you make payment at the bank. Once you’ve paid, please notify us about the money transfer.

 If you would like to keep track of the checkout process, please activate the function “Receive SMS-notification of order alterations”.
